Venue confirmed for MTN8 final between Stellies and Orlando Pirates
Stellenbosch FC will return to Durban for the MTN8 final after Moses Mabhida Stadium was announced as the host venue for the showpiece event.
The final of the 2024 MTN8 competition between Stellenbosch FC and Orlando Pirates will be held at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Saturday, 5 October.
As announced by the Premier Soccer League on Thursday, further information for the encounter, including kick-off times, ticket pricing, and broadcast details, will all be communicated in due course.
The official home-and-away draw for the final will be conducted on Monday, 16 September 2024 on the popular TV sports show, Extra-Time, LIVE on SuperSport PSL Channel (202) at 20h30.

Stellenbosch’s most recent fixture took place at the vaunted arena at the start of the month when Steve Barker’s side recorded a 1-0 (2-0 aggregate) win over Mamelodi Sundowns in the semi-final of the MTN8.
The team from the Cape Winelands also played both legs of their CAF Confederation Cup 1st Preliminary Round tie against Nsingizini Hotspurs at Moses Mabhida Stadium, recording an 8-0 aggregate win over the team from Eswatini.
