Stellenbosch FC will return to the Danie Craven Stadium for another instalment of Friday night football when the club plays host to Chippa United.

Having advanced to the Nedbank Cup Round of 16 with a win over Pretoria Callies last week, Stellies turn their attention back to the league this Friday when the club welcomes Chippa United to the Danie Craven Stadium for a DStv Premiership encounter.

The match is scheduled to kick-off at 19h30 and tickets are available to purchase for R50.00 from Webtickets and Pick ‘n Pay outlets. Gates open two hours before kick-off and supporters can also buy their tickets online here.

Friday’s highly-anticipated encounter will be the 11th meeting between Stellenbosch FC and Chippa United across all competitions, with the most recent tie ending 0-0 in the reverse league fixture in November last year.

“The match against Chippa United is extremely important and the start of a big run of fixtures ahead for us,” head coach Steve Barker said ahead of the encounter.
