Stellenbosch FC’s U-18 team is set to get their Bayhill Premier Cup campaign underway this week.

The 2025 edition of the Bayhill Premier Cup has kicked off at Erica Park in Belhar, Cape Town, where Stellenbosch FC has been drawn in Group B alongside Medeama Sporting Club, Eagles Performance Academy, and La Masia Elite FC.

Stellies got their campaign underway against Eagles with a resounding 3-0 win on Thursday afternoon and will be in action again on Friday and Saturday, looking to book their spot in the knockout stages of the competition.

Head of Youth, Jean-Pierre Farrugia, has named a 20-man squad for the competition, which includes the likes of Azasakhe Luthango, Tyler Cicro, Zaydee Marang and Quwan Plaatjies, among others, who have all featured for the club’s DStv Diski Challenge squad this season.
