Stellenbosch FC and Cape Town Spurs locked horns in a mid-week friendly on Wednesday afternoon.

Following the postponement of the DStv Premiership match between Stellenbosch FC and Cape Town Spurs, which has been rescheduled for 28 November 2023, the two sides battled it out in a mid-week friendly on Wednesday afternoon.

The tie was divided into three segments, consisting of two 35-minute halves and a standard 45-minute half, with both teams rotating their respective squads throughout the day to distribute the work-load and ensure their players gain valuable match fitness.
