The 21-year-old also famously scored the match-winning goal against English side Tottenham Hotspur in the final of the latter competition in the United Kingdom last year as Stellies lifted the trophy for the second time.

In between, Ahmed, who operates as a right-back, featured once for Stellies’ senior team where he made his professional debut in a 3-0 Betway Premiership victory over Royal AM back in March 2024.
