Stellenbosch FC bids farewell to Sihle Nduli
Stellenbosch Football Club can confirm that Sihle Nduli has departed the Club upon the expiration of his contract.
Nduli bids farewell after three seasons in Stellenbosch, where he made 104 appearances across all competitions during his spell in the Cape Winelands, becoming one of only 10 players to feature in more than a century of matches for the club.
The 29-year-old was part of the squad that lifted the 2023 Carling Knockout trophy and helped Stellies reach the 2024 MTN final, while playing a valuable role in the club qualifying for the continental CAF Confederation Cup in back-to-back seasons.

He scored the winning goal in last season’s Confed Cup quarter-final win over reigning champions Zamalek, before making his final appearance in Maroon against rivals Cape Town City during a match in which he donned the captain’s armband.
Everyone at Stellenbosch FC would like to thank Sihle for his service to the club and wish him well as he embarks on the next chapter of his career, which will see him join Orlando Pirates ahead of the 2025-26 season.
