Stellenbosch FC will return to the Danie Craven Stadium on Wednesday when the Maroons play host to TS Galaxy in the DStv Premiership.

Following back-to-back fixtures against Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns in Gauteng, Stellenbosch FC will be back at home for their next fixture when the club welcomes TS Galaxy to the Danie Craven Stadium on Wednesday, 4 October.

The match is scheduled to kick-off at 19h30 and tickets are available to purchase for R50.00 from Webtickets and Pick ‘n Pay outlets. Gates open two hours before kick-off and supporters can also buy their tickets online here.

Free parking is available at the nearby Welgevallen Fields and supporters attending the match are encouraged to view the parking guide to avoid any complications

Wednesday’s fixture will be the 10th meeting between Stellenbosch FC and TS Galaxy, with the home team having gone undefeated in each of the previous nine encounters between the two sides, including a 2-1 win on the final day of the 2022-23 season.

Head coach Steve Barker will also be able to call upon the services of Ismael Toure and Jayden Adams who return from their respective suspensions, while he also revealed his hope that Deano van Rooyen, Fawaaz Basadien, and Iqraam Rayners would also return from injury in time for the match.

“…Our suspensions are over now, and hopefully the injured players will be back by the next match which is a big one against TS Galaxy at home,” he said following the recent league fixture against Mamelodi Sundowns.
