Stellenbosch FC’s Thabo Moloisane, Devin Titus, and Ashley Cupido have been named in the preliminary Bafana Bafana squad for next month’s international friendly against Zambia.

On Tuesday, Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos announced an extended 43-man preliminary squad for South Africa’s upcoming friendly international against Zambia on 15 November.

Included in his provisional selection are three Stellenbosch FC players, with defender Thabo Moloisane and forwards Devin Titus and Ashley Cupido, all cracking the nod.

Moloisane and Cupido were both part of the most recent national team squad which secured victory over Rwanda to help Bafana Bafana qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Next month’s clash against Chipolopolo will be used as a preparation match for the 2025 CAF Africa Cup of Nations, which is scheduled to kick off on 21 December in Morocco.

There, South Africa have been drawn in Group B alongside Angola, Egypt, and neighboring Zimbabwe.
