Supporters are requested to note that the DStv Premiership fixture between Stellenbosch FC and Sekhukhune United originally scheduled for 22 December 2023 has been postponed.

The upcoming DStv Premiership fixture between Stellenbosch FC and Sekhukhune United, which was scheduled to take place this weekend, will now happen in the new year after the club received confirmation of postponement from the Premier Soccer League.

An exact date for the revised fixture is yet to be determined but will be communicated to supporters once confirmed.

The postponement means that Stellenbosch will only be in action again on 29 December when the club travels to Soweto to take on Orlando Pirates at the Orlando Stadium in a highly-anticipated league encounter.

That fixture will be the first following the club’s recent Carling Knockout campaign, which culminated last weekend with Stellenbosch FC being crowned champions following a 1-1 (5-4) penalty shootout victory over TS Galaxy.
