@ruanrust Head of Performance had a mandate to ensure that our players remain fit and engaged throughout the National Lockdown. Rust established a “Lockdown Team” to assist him in creating weekly programmes that focused on mental, physical and social engagement with feedback protocols. Each weekly schedule was designed with intention of holistic wellness for the players. Our #MondayMotivation goes out to Rust and his team for their incredible work done behind the scenes.
